Entry Requirements	- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from accredited university - 2 years’ work experience in managerial level roles or - Candidates without graduation will be considered based on minimum 4 years of managerial level work experience [Experience Letter to be submitted]
Program Structure	Cycle 1 - MBA Part 1: Courses Studied in cycle 1 o Developing strategic management & leadership skills o Professional development for strategic management o Strategic change management o Strategic marketing management o Strategic human resource management o Strategic supply chain management o Creative and innovative management o Strategic quality and systems management - Duration: 8 months to 12 months Cycle 2 - MBA Part 2: Courses Studied in cycle 2 o Strategic Management o Accounting and Finance o Research Methods / Dissertation - Option: o Study in UK [ 2 weeks to one month] o Study in UAE - Duration: 4 months to 6 months
Assessment Structure	- The assessment is based on research assignments - Assessment will include both individual and group exercises - The candidate has to submit the assignment within 30 days of the last class - The assignment should be at least 3000 words
Dissertation Process	Cycle 1: Topic Selection: 3000 words about specialization Cycle 2: Proposal and Portfolio: 5000 words Cycle 3: Dissertation: 5000 – 6000 words Duration: 4 to 6 months
Schedule	Classes are held on weekends or at convenient time for the professional candidates in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai and Al Ain.
